The all-new 2019 Ducati Scrambler Range has been launched in India with better upgrades, new equipments and components that help a rider with better ride-ability.
The Scrambler line-up is a fancy one and features the following:
- The Scrambler Icon, which is priced at INR 7.89-lakhs
- The Cafe Racer, which carries a price tag of INR 9.78-lakhs
- The Desert Sled, which boasts of a price tag of INR 9.93-lakhs
- Finally, the Full Throttle, which is available at INR 8.92-lakhs
All the above mentioned prices are ex-showroom, India. The range also gets cosmetic changes, a better ride-quality and come to the Indian shores as CBUs (Completely Built Units).
The changes in the new Scrambler Range are not that evident in the first glance, but on a closer look the changes get highlighted. The changes include new LED daytime running lights and the digital instrument console getting a fuel gauge and a gear indicator. Other upgrades include a lighter clutch assembly, adjustable levers, cornering ABS, an improved switchgear and a new seat cushion. One of the most striking changes though, is a softer suspension set-up that helps in the overall ride-quality.
Under the hood, the entire range continues to be powered by the same 803cc L-Twin, air-cooled engine that produces 73hp and 67Nm of peak torque, which is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Scrambler is one of the most successful models in India for the brand and competes with the likes of the Triumph Scrambler in the country.
